He started out with Lil Bow Wow. Then in 2002, he became just Bow Wow dropping the 'lil'. Now that he is 27, the rapper/actor is ready to go by a new name!
Well, not exactly new because the name he has decoded to go by, Shad Moss, is his ACTUAL name!
Bow Wow Shad shared his announcement in a video on Instagram , saying:
"Breaking news man! After the BET Awards, I’m changing my name. I’m going with my real name. No more Bow Wow after June 29th, man. Shad Moss is what it is. New era, new money. Let’s go.”
So enjoy Bow Wow now while you still can. In 4 days, he’ll only answer to Shad Moss!
